Soft armour vests

Whether it is a battlefield or other conflict scenes, to protect the army and law enforcement personnel requires effective protection against damage from various bullets, fragments, and sharp objects. We always strive to provide customers with lighter and more comfortable ballistic materials. The soft body armor made of UHMWPE unidirectional fabric and aramid ballistic material has outstanding performance in terms of lightweight and comfort.

Soft armor can prevent damage from bullets, fragments and knives, and can also be used in combination with hard inserts to deal with higher threat levels.

 

Hard body armour inserts

Under the threat of higher-level bullets, the use of soft bulletproof materials alone cannot achieve effective protection of the human body, and hard bulletproof inserts are required. The unidirectional fabric made of UHMWPE fiber is made into ballistic hard plates by hot pressing, which is used to absorb the impact energy of bullets and fragments, and capture the bullets.

Hard armour inserts are combined with soft body armor or used alone to protect against higher-level bullet threats.

 

Ballistic Helmet

The head is the vital part of the human body and the focus of protection. Facing the threat of bullets and fragments, the army and police need bulletproof helmets with high ballistic performance, light weight, excellent performance in preventing deformation and damage, and durability. Helmets made of UHMWPE unidirectional non-woven fabric and aramid bulletproof materials can well meet these requirements.

 

Hard Armour

In the fields of ships, helicopters, bulletproof vehicles, shelters, etc., UHMWPE unidirectional fabric and aramid ballistic materials have been widely used. The lightweight protection solution based on UHMWPE and aramid can maintain the payload of the vehicle while achieving effective protection, improving the survivability of the battlefield or the flexibility of different application scenarios.

Compared with bulletproof steel and bulletproof ceramics, lightweight protection solutions can reduce the weight by 30% or more, and can protect passengers from steel plates or ceramic fragments.
